My general deltarune theory is that deltarune is universe 1, undertale is universe two, and kris is a pre-fusion of chara and frisk (so similar, whatever happens at the end of deltarune makes them plough into ii people). but also I don't similar undermining the fact that kris is their own person, and I really like the theory that deltarune was fabricated by gaster & chara, (and also sans remembers both universes when he'southward in either one??) so. unsolicited accept: people should only use that "the nature of humanity is that every so ofttimes someone accidentally invents homestuck again" should just be used when someone reinvents big pieces of lore or parts of the plot. and not like. character design or something.
like, if i make an emo gay, i have non reinvented the percy jackson series. if i make a story about teenage greek/roman demigods going on a series of mythologically inspired adventures, i may have reinvented percy jackson.
in the former case, you can nonetheless utilise "homestuck constabulary" or the accidental reference bullseye matter. only someone hasn't "invented homestuck again" if they happen to make a graphic symbol with a sphere for a head.
